As a paralegal for over 20 years, I bring the knowledge of today’s complex real estate laws, terminology, and forms to help guide you through the various processes from listing to sale. This includes negotiating with the other Real Estate Agent for a win-win situation, and negotiating on your behalf in sticky situations.
My job is to bring buyers and sellers together. Ultimately, the end result should be that the seller feels they got a good price and is ready to move on without regret, and the buyer feels that they got a good value, and is happy about the purchase of their new home.

The first step, involves, getting rid of clutter, cleaning windows, yard work, and fixing any minor defects that could turn a buyer away. I have a construction background and I have remodeled my own home. I can give you a free consultation about easy DIY fixes as well as referrals to professionals if needed or desired.

I provide market data and comparisons of not only current homes on the market, but of recent home sales in your area. Ultimately the choice is yours, but ideally you want to price your home competitively. I can provide the data to help you make that decision.
Once your home is ready to sell the next step is marketing. I love photography, design and staging. I create photos and videos so that the buyer is compelled to view your home and a they can envision your home as their own with their furnishings. This involves removing clutter, personal items, even staging if that is desired. I will schedule showings and open houses, as well as marketing your home to other realtors and buyers via internet, printed flyers and networking.
